The HIA Academy interview  & Client Training

The HIA Academy was set to help 18-25 year olds from under privileged or vulnerable backgrounds to find meaningful employment in the Legal, Energy & Tech sectors.
We offer training to assist in interview preparation and presentation and contacting potential employers on your behalf to secure full time employment. 
This service is completely free to both candidate and employer, with a shared goal to help our communities in the best way we can, which is recruitment! As a company we are keen to give something back, and our mission is to help people that need it most, securing long term employment with engaging and progressive employers.
